Angie Hughes started working for Kay & Co of Worcester as an Agency Clerk in 1978. When she left in 1986 she was working as a Branch Tutor, training new agency clerks.
Kays’ agents were a vital part in the sales chain. Their strong relationship with the customers meant good sales for the company. Being an agent meant you had an active social life!
